Familias provides the only Spanish speaking cancer/chronic diseases support group in the metro area. It meets the second Saturday of every month and the whole family comes, the mom, dad, kids, aunts, and uncles. We laugh, we talk and we eat healthy snacks!
Our bi-lingual, bi-cultural leader brings in speakers on topics that enhance their health and management of their disease. Participants meet new friends and participate in a one hour Tai Chi Class.
